Our client is a long-established and growing business looking to recruit an eCommerce Assistant to play a key role in supporting its expanding online sales function.

Offering broad exposure across digital retail, website management and customer experience, this role would suit someone eager to develop a career in eCommerce. You'll work closely with a supportive team, gaining valuable experience across product merchandising, online trading, content management and customer engagement.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Creating and maintaining engaging product listings through Shopify, including product descriptions, imagery and specifications.
• Ensuring all product information is accurate, up-to-date and optimised for online sales.
• Using design tools such as Canva and Photoshop to support website content and marketing materials.
• Managing online product ranges, monitoring stock availability and researching new products for the website.
• Coordinating website order fulfilment by liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
