KCR Solutions is partnering with a growing local company to recruit a Management Accountant in Hexham. You will be responsible for the monthly management accounts, journal postings, and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You will supervise two finance team members, support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and KPI reporting, and work with operational teams to improve reporting and cost control while ensuring robust financial controls and audit readiness.
