- Plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Support pupils' progress and achievement
- Contribute to a friendly, collaborative department
- QTS and strong subject knowledge
- Ability to teach KS3 and KS4
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Paid to scale
- Supportive, close-knit English department
- Warm, rural school community
- Potential for a full year of continuous work
