The RoleAs an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across KS3 and KS4 English lessons
- Work with small groups and individual students to reinforce learning
- Help students develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication
- Support classroom engagement and behaviour management
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Encourage students to achieve their full potential
- Strong academic culture and high expectations
- Excellent student behaviour and engagement
