• Support the Transport Planning team with coordinating and scheduling deliveries across the UK and Europe
• Assist with daily and weekly operational planning, including route preparation and scheduling
• Provide customs support, including documentation, data entry, and compliance checks
• Help collect and analyse transport and customs data to identify trends and risks
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects focused on efficiency and service
• Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, carriers, and customer service to ensure smooth operations

• Currently in the second year of a degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• A strong analytical thinker with good problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, organised, and self‑motivated
• Confident in using IT tools, especially MS Office 365, Teams, and Excel
• An effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Detail‑focused, with a high level of accuracy
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Knowledge of logistics systems such as SAP (preferred but not essential)

• Practical, real‑world experience in an international logistics environment
• Exposure to cross‑border transport and customs processes
