Northumberland County Council is seeking experienced Social Workers to join the Adults, Ageing & Wellbeing Directorate in Northumberland. You'll assess needs, plan care and support, and coordinate with partner agencies to improve outcomes for adults aged 18+.
You'll manage your own caseload with supervision from Advanced Social Work Practitioners and your Team Manager, using your knowledge of the Care Act and statutory duties to guide every case. A UK driving licence is essential.
