Role of the Job
You will be required to drive various HGV vehicles to assist with the delivery of Highways Schemes within the Hexham Area. As part of your role, you will be expected on occasions to assist with civil ground works and as part of the team assist with tasks such as paving, drainage and tarmac repairs.
This is a full‑time position.
RequirementsAn HGV licence is an essential part of the role and ability to work unsupervised between sites. Knowledge of the legislation and regulations relating to driving.
Benefits- 26 days annual leave plus public/bank holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years of service (pro rata for part‑time employees)
