We are looking for a skilled and experienced Diagnostic Automotive Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing a wide range of automotive issues. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, identifying and repairing complex mechanical problems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Repair and replace automotive parts, such as brakes, suspension systems, and exhaust systems
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and explaining repair options
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician

- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques

- Tools to perform a multitude of repairs

- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire services, and brake inspections

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

-Applicants must have a passion for learning and developing their skillset

Preferred

- Completion of an automotive technology program

- ASE certification is a + but not necessary

- Familiarity with air brake systems is a plus

Compensation: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
