This is a remote, territory-based role supporting customers throughout Florida. Regular travel within the region is required.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of Power Guard projects from order handoff through final completion and closeout. This position serves as the primary point of coordination between the customer, sales, operations, service, suppliers, subcontractors, and other internal teams.

• Manage assigned projects from sales handoff through completion, invoicing, and project closeout.
• Review project scope, specifications, proposals, purchase orders, contracts, equipment requirements, and customer expectations at project kickoff.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and required customer commitments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution and provide regular, proactive status updates.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, subcontractors, freight, site requirements, startup, commissioning, and other project activities.
• Work closely with Power Guard sales, service, operations, purchasing, and administrative teams to ensure projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
• Monitor project costs, revenue, gross margin, change orders, billing milestones, and overall financial performance.
• Identify potential scope changes and ensure change orders are properly documented and approved before additional work is performed.
• Identify project risks or delays early and develop action plans to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding equipment availability, documentation, technical requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular project reviews and maintain accurate project documentation, correspondence, schedules, and customer commitments.
