Planning Coordinator

We're looking for organized, research-focused individuals to help clients explore destinations, compare options, and coordinate personalized travel plans.

As a Destination Planning Coordinator
, you'll assist with destination research, accommodations, transportation, activities, reservations, and itinerary details based on client preferences.

Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

• Research destinations and available experiences
• Compare accommodation and transportation options
• Help organize personalized itineraries
• Coordinate reservation details and confirmations
• Communicate planning updates to clients
• Maintain accurate schedules and client records
• Assist with changes or special requests

• Strong research and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication
• Comfort using online planning tools
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Interest in destination planning and client service
• Reliable follow-through
• Comfort working independently

Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, event planning, reservations, or client support can be helpful, but it is not required.
