Once a traveler schedules a shipment online, Ship Sticks picks up the golf clubs, provides complimentary insurance, and guarantees on-time delivery at hotels and golf destinations worldwide.

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team! Our team is growing, and we are looking for candidates that are interested in joining a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to build a long-term career.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will collaborate with core team members and department heads to navigate customers' needs and deliver optimal results. • Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about our services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Golf or travel industry experience (not required)
• Logistics or transportation experience (not required)

The pay range for this role is:

36,000 - 42,000 USD per year (Palm Beach Gardens, FL. US)
