Position Summary

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Communications Representative to assist with customer inquiries, share information about products and services, and support communication during promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people and can communicate information clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, and promotional offerings.

Respond to general inquiries and direct specialized questions to the appropriate team members.

Support customer-facing communication at events and promotional activities.

Help prepare informational materials and presentation resources.

Ensure messages shared with customers are clear and consistent.

Listen to customer feedback and communicate recurring concerns to the team.

Assist with coordinating communication needs for promotional initiatives.
