Lighting Project Coordinator
Hollywood, FL | In-Person, Mon-Fri 9-5 | $20 /hr | Full-Time
A well established and growing distributor of luxury lighting, hardware, and decorative building products, with a team that cares about their people, is hiring a Lighting Project Coordinator. You will take lighting projects from drawings to approved submittals to delivered fixtures, working with manufacturers, reps, and contractors along the way.
What You’ll Do:- Complete electrical and lighting drawing takeoffs using Bluebeam
- Create lighting submittal packages and review submittal approvals
- Order lighting fixtures per approved submittals
- Check order status with manufacturers and keep clients updated
- Manage communication on urgent matters and deliveries
- Stay in constant contact with manufacturers, manufacturer reps, and contractors on active jobs
- Create owner manuals at project completion
- Experience with Bluebeam and reading electrical or lighting drawings
- Familiarity with lighting submittals and fixture ordering
- Strong communication skills with vendors, reps, and contractors
- Excellent organization and follow-through on multiple active jobs
- Ability to stay calm and responsive on urgent deliveries
- Steady Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 schedule
- Hands-on exposure to high-end lighting projects from start to finish
