As a Business Banking Specialist (Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred) within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based at Altamonte Springs Business Center, 900 West State Road 436, Altamonte Springs, Florida .

• Acquires and expands share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue. Achieves business results through leadership of and productive collaboration with a wide range of ecosystem partners.
• Responsible for proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch. Delivers a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation—leverages experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new consumers and businesses.
• Manages and grows Business Banking relationships under 2MM in sales revenue. Transforms client information from various sources into actionable sales strategies and tactics. Generates quality referrals to ecosystem partners.
• Develops ecosystem leadership inside and outside the branch as a COI. Works across a broad range of ecosystem partners, including PNCWM, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking and Mortgage. Identifies the resources best equipped to meet client needs and introduces the client accordingly. Holds partners accountable for routine updates and referral follow‑up.
• Provides differentiated client experience and hospitality—delivers client well‑being through tailored solutions aligned with clients’ wholistic needs, including deposits, lending, cash management, payments, and investing. Solves client problems courteously and with urgency, escalating when necessary.
• Advocates for clients and prospects across product, support, operations or other departments within PNC, identifying trends and unique client needs.
• Works with branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities and create referrals. Collaborates with the Branch Manager and Business Banker to follow up on independent opportunities.
• Creates client loyalty and grow share of wallet through distinguished client experience. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with clients and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educates clients on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources. Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Demonstrates increased scrutiny to identify and avoid loss. Participates in branch daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
