CPA Tax Advisor

This CPA role is responsible for preparing and reviewing complex individual, trust, and business tax returns for high-net-worth clients while partnering closely with wealth advisors to deliver proactive, year-round tax strategies. The position involves researching and implementing advanced planning solutions such as entity structuring, retirement and charitable strategies, equity compensation, and business succession planning. The CPA will actively participate in client meetings, translate complex tax concepts into clear guidance, and stay current on evolving tax laws.

• Bachelor's Degree
• CPA License - Active in Florida
• 3+ years of tax experience, preferably with high net worth individuals and closely help businesses
• Proactive, career growth-oriented mindset
• Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance and planning
• Ability to communicate complex tax strategies in a client-friendly, understandable way
• Team player and strong ability to translate technical tax language

• Interest or experience in financial planning and wealth management
• Leadership experience
