Oversee mortgage operations for a Miami branch, managing the end-to-end loan lifecycle from completed application through funding. Lead and develop the operations team by establishing efficient workflows and reporting, managing loan pipeline performance and turnaround times, and ensuring consistent quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout the process.
- Manage mortgage loan operations from application completion to funding
- Build team capabilities and provide operational leadership
- Create and optimize workflows, quality controls, and reporting
- Monitor pipeline health and improve turnaround performance
- Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with corporate teams and builder partners to resolve issues
- Support loan officers with complex file structuring
