Implementation Analyst | Cloud HR Software | Denver or Maitland
Location: Orlando/Maitland FL 2x a week in office | Denver, CO 2x a week in office
Are you early in your SaaS career, or a Compensation Analyst who wants to move into tech? This could be your next step.
We’re partnering with a cloud software company that helps organizations manage compensation, rewards, and talent. They’re adding an Implementation Analyst to their Professional Services team. You’ll work with a Project Manager to take new clients from kickoff to go-live. You’ll configure the software, build SQL reports, and make sure every rollout goes smoothly.
What You’ll Do- Gather client requirements and set up the software to fit each client’s needs
- Write SQL reports, analyze data, and handle data migration
- Build and track project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Train clients and support them through implementation
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and work on harder support cases escalated to the team
- Work with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support
- Help make the implementation process faster and better for clients
- Required: SQL proficiency and Google Workspace proficiency
- Plus one of these:0-1 years at an IT/SaaS software company, or 1-2 years as a Compensation Analyst working on quarterly or annual focal plans
- Understanding of relational database concepts (tables, keys, JOINs, normalization)
- Comfort with programming concepts and pseudo code
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical clients
- Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about client service
- Nice to have: experience with a CMS such as Word Press or Drupal
