Encore Global offers the National College Leadership Program (NCLP), a 5-month Manager in Training that prepares graduates for immediate placement into Operations, Production, or Venue Sales Manager roles across our nationwide venues.
Open to graduates Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. The program includes rotations in Technical, Operations and Sales, with training at our Chicago corporate office and ENCORE University certifications.
