Lead project delivery, governance, and performance across multiple business initiatives. Oversee project managers, improve delivery processes, and manage strategic projects as needed.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
• Develop and improve project management processes and standards.
• Monitor portfolio performance and financial metrics.
• Coach project managers and ensure consistent delivery.
• Manage high-priority projects and communicate updates to executive stakeholders.

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading PMO operations and complex business transformation projects.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
