The Job Squad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Spa Manager to work at a company located in the South Miami, FL area!

Pay and Hours$24-$26 per hour plus incentives and benefits

Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm
Requirements- Must have 3 + years spa management experience
- Responsible for supervising the staff
- Hiring and training Recruiting reps for staff training.
- Setting up meetings with the Product Sales Reps
- Revenue growth and retail sales
- Exceptional customer service
- Co-management with social media and engagement
- Respond to social media posts
- Grow bookings and increase sales
- Calling clients and emails. (NO Outside sales, just current clients)
- Conduct regular meetings with front staff
- Ensure every patient receives exceptional service from entrance to departure.
- Knowledge of spa software – MEEVO
