Rotating Shift | Manufacturing Environment
We are currently looking for an experienced and detail‑oriented Process Inventory Specialist to join a fast‑paced manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience, inventory control knowledge, and a passion for operational accuracy.
Responsibilities- Execute inventory transactions and production confirmations in Dynamics 365 ERP
- Maintain accurate material traceability and inventory integrity
- Perform inventory counts, material transfers, and stock organization
- Support FIFO processes and collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Logistics, and IT teams
- Analyze material consumption and inventory trends using Excel
- Identify inventory discrepancies and support continuous improvement projects
- Minimum 2 years of inventory control experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- GMP and ISO experience highly preferred
We are looking for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment, can work independently, and has excellent attention to detail.
