Halifax Health Express Care in Florida is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Care at Home program. The candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, carrying out medical procedures, administering medications, and ensuring professionalism in interactions.
The ideal candidate must be licensed or eligible for LPN licensure in Florida, have graduated from an approved nursing school, and possess at least one year of experience in Med-surg or acute care. Additional IV certification is required.
