We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position:
Home Health Nurse - LPN
-PRN - Part-time

Job Description:

As a home health nurse - LPN, your responsibilities will be to assess patient's condition with face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review, administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician, dress (or re-dress) wounds, provide patient education, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team regarding care plan progress, and make recommendations for devices/tools/medications that might improve patient's quality of life.

• Must have successfully completed a FL-approved LPN program from an industry-accredited institution.
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training.
• Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
• Current FL State LPN license is required.
