Healogics, LLC. is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our wound care center team. You will provide wound-related patient care under the supervision of an RN or Provider and follow hospital policies and procedures in our outpatient setting.
Requirements include a current LPN/LVN license, 2+ years of LPN/LVN experience (SNF/LTACH preferred), BLS certification, and strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced team environment. Wound care experience is preferred.
