Broward County, FL | Full-Time Senior Care Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager to oversee clinical operations throughout Broward County. We are looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in a Medicare-certified home health setting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who can support field clinicians, coordinate clinical services, and help drive positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinical operations and support field staff throughout territory.

Supervise, guide, and support nursing and therapy personnel to ensure quality patient care.

Monitor patient care plans, clinical documentation, and visit compliance.

Ensure adherence to Medicare regulations, state requirements, and agency policies.

Review clinical records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Coordinate patient admissions, ongoing care, and discharge planning with the clinical team.

Monitor clinician productivity and assist with staffing and scheduling needs.

Collaborate with intake, scheduling, quality assurance, and administrative teams to support efficient operations.

Address clinical concerns, assist with problem-solving, and promote timely communication across departments.

Support staff education, competency development, and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.

Current, active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Previous clinical leadership or supervisory experience in home health required.

Medicare-certified home health experience required.

Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health documentation requirements.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and regulatory compliance.
