Jewish-Family-Home-Care-Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise non-skilled nursing care on an intermittent basis at clients' residences. The RN will follow a plan of care under the direction of the Supervisory RN and coordinate with the Nurse Supervisor.
Responsibilities include initiating and revising the plan of care, communicating client changes to the supervisor, and supervising CNAs/HHA/Home Makers. Travel to client homes is required and punctuality is essential.
