Sales Support Advisor - Sawgrass Mills

The Seasonal Sales Support Advisor supports the store team during peak seasonal periods, helping deliver an elevated client experience. This part-time role provides front-of-house and back-of-house support across client service, product flow, replenishment, and store organization.

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and merchandise retrieval.
• Support replenishment, go-backs, receiving, inventory activities, and stock organization.
• Maintain an organized sales floor and back of house while supporting visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store colleagues and provide flexible support during high-volume periods.

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days during the seasonal employment period.
• Effective English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
