The Part-Time Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer experiences and supports sales goals in a retail store. The role contributes to a collaborative team environment and represents the brand's customer experience standards.
Responsibilities- Drive sales by keeping customer needs at the center of daily interactions.
- Build customer relationships and engage in networking to develop a clientele.
- Support company initiatives, team training, and new and alternative shopping tools.
- Maintain sales floor and store standards, and share customer and product feedback with management.
- Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
- Operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
