Sales And Marketing Specialist

Job Type: In-person retail position (not remote)

La Byci Bike Boutique is a community-driven bike shop focused on running, cycling and style culture, and great customer experiences. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and friendly team member to support sales, marketing, events, and daily shop operations.

This is a hands-on, in-person role with a mix of customer-facing work and behind-the-scenes tasks.

• Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges using Shopify / POS software
• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and email
• Support social media posting, basic content, and customer engagement
• Assist with planning and running shop events, rides, and pop-ups
• Help manage inventory (receiving, organizing, tagging, and tracking stock)
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory updates, and organization
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly

• Must be able to work in person at the shop
• Comfortable using Shopify, POS systems, and basic tech tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Retail, sales, social media, or inventory experience is a plus
• Interest in running, cycling, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Flexible schedule with weekends and after hours events coverage
