Senior Controller

Bring your fluency in Microsoft Dynamics;
Growth Sphere Inc will hand you a Senior Controller mandate that actually moves the needle. A $105,000 - $164,000 full-time role for a senior professional ready to own deliverables and grow within a high-trust team.

• Keep deferred revenue schedules airtight as contracts renew
• Reconcile payroll liabilities so the FL filings never bounce
• Tighten the revenue-recognition policy as new finance deals get complex
• Build the $105,000 - $164,000 budget line and defend each assumption behind it
• Own the accounts-payable cycle from invoice intake through final disbursement
• Knit Microsoft Dynamics pipelines into the close so data lands pre-validated
• Shepherd the year-end scrappy-but-steady audit from PBC list to signed opinion
• Read covenant terms closely enough to keep the lender calm

• Practical command of Hyperion, with bonus points for Transfer Pricing
• Hands-on experience with modern SOX Compliance workflows and tooling
• The composure to deliver bad news early and clearly
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Hands-on finance experience that holds up to follow-up questions
• A Hialeah grounding, or the adaptability to plant roots quickly
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
