As a Sales Associate and Operations professional with Home Helpers Home Care of Central Seminole County, you will be responsible for promoting our one-on-one in-home care services to seniors and other individuals in need of continuing and recuperative home care. Our focus is on providing exceptional care to individuals wherever they call home, and we're seeking a motivated, organized, and personable professional to support our growth and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote our home care services to prospective clients, families, and referral partners
Build relationships with VA social workers, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
Conduct outreach calls, follow-ups, and visits to generate new client referrals
Coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure client shifts are appropriately staffed
Match caregivers with clients based on availability, qualifications, location, and client needs
Attend health fairs, senior expos, networking events, veteran events, and community activities
Represent the agency professionally and promote its services

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, organized, and comfortable balancing sales and operational responsibilities. They should enjoy building community relationships, helping families access home care services, and ensuring clients receive reliable caregiver coverage.

Compensation and

Incentives:

Base pay: $20 per hour
Additional commission for eligible sales or business development results, according to the agency's commission plan

Performance Expectations:

New client leads and referral relationships generated
Consistent follow-up with prospective clients and referral partners
Accuracy and reliability of caregiver scheduling
Timely resolution of staffing issues
Participation in community events
Professionalism and quality of communication

Work Schedule:

This position involves office work, telephone communication, community networking, and local travel. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events.
