You know the Southwest Florida luxury market. You know flooring. You have relationships. And you like the chase.
Bella Tile & Marble LLC is looking for an experienced flooring salesperson to grow our luxury residential business.
This is not a sales management or bench estimating position. We want a strong individual producer who enjoys opening doors, developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, and winning profitable work.
What You Will Do- Develop new luxury residential business throughout Southwest Florida
- Build on existing relationships with custom builders, remodelers, designers, architects, developers, and other decision makers
- Find opportunities before they become just another bid invitation
- Meet with clients, understand their needs, and help develop the right flooring solution
- Work with estimating and operations to develop scopes, pricing, and proposals
- Present proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close
- Build repeat and referral business
- Protect margin and maintain the relationship after the sale
- A strong book of business or established relationships in the SWFL luxury residential market
- A proven record of personally developing and closing new business
- Flooring experience with a strong background in tile, natural stone, and wood
- Experience with luxury residential construction or remodeling
- Enough technical knowledge to sell flooring projects with credibility
- Strong prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills
- A team mentality and willingness to work closely with estimating, operations, and the field
