Regional Sales Manager

Intaso has been engaged by a high-growth cybersecurity company to recruit a Regional Sales Manager. This role is focused on acquiring new business and expanding accounts across the southeast US. The ideal candidate combines consultative sales skills with experience selling security solutions to small and mid-sized organizations, as well as a passion for helping businesses strengthen their cyber resilience.

• Identify, engage, and close new customers while building strong, long-term relationships
• Deliver compelling product presentations tailored to the unique security and compliance needs of each client
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategy and enhance customer outcomes
• Provide market insights to help influence product direction and sales messaging

• 3+ years' experience selling cybersecurity solutions, with 5+ years in a closing sales role overall.
• Strong ability to position solutions through a value-driven sales approach
• Resilient, collaborative, and adaptable, with a customer-first mindset

• $280,000-$300,000 OTE 50/50 + stock options, benefits, and growth opportunities in an innovative cybersecurity company.
