We are seeking a Southeast Region Manager, Food service & Vending Sales to lead sales growth across an assigned territory. This role is responsible for expanding our presence within regional and national multi-unit accounts, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic sales initiatives that deliver measurable results.

• Develop and grow Food service and Vending sales throughout the assigned region.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with regional and national multi-unit accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and maximize account growth.
• Create and implement sales strategies, promotional programs, and volume-building initiatives.
• Conduct annual business reviews and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish sales goals, budgets, and target account strategies.
• Analyze account performance and ensure execution of sales plans and promotional initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer events, and key sales meetings.
• Deliver consistent sales growth while exceeding revenue and profitability objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience, preferably within the beverage, food service, vending, CPG, or related industries.
• Proven success developing new business and managing regional or national accounts.
• Strong negotiating, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region as needed.
