Summary
The Sales Ambassador creates exceptional lifestyle experiences through personalized service, product knowledge, and thoughtful styling. This store-based role builds lasting client relationships, drives individual and team sales, and supports an inclusive and high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations and styling.
- Grow personal sales through clienteling, outreach, wardrobing, and digital tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance indicators while contributing to team results.
- Coach Brand Ambassadors and support training, talent sourcing, and store initiatives.
- Maintain visual standards, follow store policies, and provide feedback on category opportunities.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships.
- Digital selling experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
- Flexible availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
