Sales Manager

We're not after a Sales Manager who manages accounts;
Citadel wants one who grows them past where anyone expected. Few Hialeah employers pair $108,000 - $172,000 with this much sales marketing autonomy, and fewer still ask only 6 years to earn it.

• Run the manager account like it's the only one that matters
• Build the Facilitation report leadership checks before the FL review
• Negotiate renewals before the sales marketing contract goes quiet
• Sharpen the Sales Manager value prop for each vertical we touch
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract
• Position Citadel against competitors with clear, differentiated value props
• Carry the demo from screen-share to signature in one sitting

• Comfort interpreting data and translating findings into clear recommendations
• A portfolio that speaks louder than any line on your resume
• Comfort being the newest person in the room and the loudest in the notes
• Comfort being measured against a clear manager bar
• Manager-caliber judgment about when to elevate and when to absorb
• A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one
• Familiarity with the rhythms of an oddball-friendly part-time team
