T-ROC is hiring a Territory Field Lead in Stuart, FL to drive revenue and profitability across the assigned Agent locations. You will work closely with Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ to implement KPI-driven sales enablement and brand alignment for national launches.
You will travel within the territory, build strong partner relationships, and ensure timely execution of launch plans, updates, and training. A Bachelor’s Degree and a proven sales background are preferred.
