Translate technical specifications and installation requirements into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Deliver a white-glove customer experience by maintaining a high level of precision, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.

Partner closely with Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to communicate field feedback regarding product performance, installation feasibility, and opportunities for design improvement.
Follow all applicable safety protocols and jobsite compliance requirements, including ladder, lift, rigging, and OSHA standards.
Perform hands-on electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, repair, and service tasks associated with installations and field work.
Apply construction knowledge and blueprint reading skills to plan and execute installations and preventive maintenance activities.
Essential Skills

Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading small crews and subcontracted labor, including on short notice.
Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment to make independent decisions under time pressure and changing site conditions.
Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
