* Summary of Responsibilities:

*** Coordinate and assist with data collection and reporting for Iron Mining industry
* Conducting and managing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA)
* Conducting and managing building hazardous material assessments
* Managing Phase II ESAs and related soil, vapor and groundwater contaminant investigations
* Performing detailed cost estimates for environmental investigation and remediation projects
* Preparing response action plans to facilitate remediation and redevelopment
* Coordinating and directing field personnel and contractor personnel
* Manage projects involving direct client and/or regulatory communications.
* Data evaluation and report preparation

* Required Skills:

*** Ability to read and independently analyze and interpret technical reports, technical guidance documents, and governmental regulations pertaining to environmental contamination
* Strong technical writings skills including written reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
* Ability to effectively present information verbally and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the general public
* Ability to Independently solve practical problems and manage daily project variables
* Highly organized, attention to details
* Manage client relationships
*
* Required Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Environmental Sciences, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
* Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving history and be willing to use personal vehicle on company projects as required.
* 5+ years related experience in environmental assessment, investigations, and remediation
* OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper
* MSHA safety training and iron mining industry experience preferred.

Compensation Range:$63,900.00 - $95,900.00
