Job Description:
Summary:
The person in this position will collaborate with project teams to provide expertise in computer-aided drafting using AutoCAD software. Responsibilities include data collection, planning, and problem solving within the electrical engineering domain. The role involves drafting and design using CADD software, focusing on electrical power and control systems, equipment coordination, lighting systems, and electrical distribution.

- Experience in project and client management.
- Experience with power system modeling software like SKM.
- Familiarity with construction management.
- Experience in conceptual design.
- Design experience in mining projects.
A hybrid work arrangement may be considered, involving split time between the Barr office and home. The position is based in Barr's Hibbing, Minnesota office.
Compensation:
The hourly range is $32.00 - $38.25, classified as non-exempt under FLSA. Compensation varies based on experience, education, and skills. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance. Barr distributes all profits to employees via bonuses and ESOP.
