Job Overview

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full‑time Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care home in Hibbing, MN. The DSP will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives.

• Assist with medication administration.
• Perform household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and food preparation.
• Provide behavioral management and support with daily living activities.
• Help with personal hygiene and medical cares.
• Plan and participate in community activities such as shopping, concerts, meals out, movies, fitness, and outdoor recreation.
• Develop meaningful relationships and contribute to a person‑centered culture.
• Work 40 hours per week, shifts from 7:30 am–10:30 pm, with occasional overnight shifts and every other weekend off.

• Pass a post‑offer background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR check for days or evenings.
• Be compassionate, warm‑hearted, reliable, and passionate about caring for others.

• Competitive salary: $18.75‑$19.25 per hour.
