Primary Responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer service to foster loyalty.
• Championing programs like Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and Healthy Pack Rx .
• Leading the team by modeling, coaching, and maintaining high standards.
• Organizing workflow for efficient prescription filling and clinical services.
• Delivering clinical services such as CMR, TMR, CMM, Disease State Management, and Immunizations.
• Developing long-term care business through communication with nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
• Identifying and communicating opportunities in Long Term Care and Specialty business.
• Dispensing medications and providing clinical pharmacy services.

Applicants must have, or be able to obtain:

• A pharmacy license without federal sanctions.
• A Pharm
  
  D or MTM Certification with proof of completion.
• Current Immunization and CPR Certifications.
• NPI Number.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Long periods of standing, talking, hearing, using hands, and reaching are required. May need to lift up to 40 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth perception. Reasonable accommodations are available.
