Compensation: $21.38-$22.68 per hour | Earn up to $26.54 per hour, based on verified experience!

Schedule:

First Shift | Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Second Shift | Monday through Thursday, 3:45 PM to 1:45 AM
Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Sign-on bonus:
Up to $5,000 for eligible candidates

Job Type: Temporary/Contract

As a Production Assembler, you will play an important role in the manufacturing process by assembling vehicle components, performing quality inspections, and ensuring each product meets established production standards. Team members work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

• You are open to relocating to Roseau, MN and living in the local area.
• You understand this is an onsite position with no remote or hybrid option.
• You can report to Roseau for your assigned shift once you begin.
• You have reliable transportation, as there is no public transportation available.

• Assemble vehicle systems, components, and parts on a production line.
• Conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment, and production machinery.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is beneficial.
• Reliable transportation (there is no public transportation available).
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and push or pull up to 100 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Moving to Roseau? Assistance is available to make your transition easier. Temporary housing is provided for up to 30 days, based on availability. Housing may consist of company-sponsored accommodation or hotel lodging. Additional housing support may be available following the initial stay. The program is designed to help new employees establish permanent housing in the area.
