Head Cashier - Hibbing Store (Full-Time Hours).

Hibbing, MN 55746. Department:
Sales floor.

Our Head Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional cashier and customer service support within the front end of our store. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution at our POS systems and customer service counter. You will also help train new cashiers, balance cash drawers, resolve transaction issues, respond to security sensor alarms, as well as other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities include:

assisting customers at the front end, operating the POS systems, handling transactions accurately, training and supporting fellow cashiers, balancing cash drawers, addressing issues and alarms, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Schedule:

Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $15-18 per hour.

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
