We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on helping others, communicates clearly, and enjoys working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you’ll handle customer communications primarily via phone, text, and email, with minimal face-to-face interaction. You’ll be an important part of ensuring that our customers receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
- Provide clear, accurate information and resolve customer concerns with patience and empathy
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of company products, services, and policies
- Recognize and escalate high-priority issues appropriately
- Previous experience in customer service, financial services, or account support preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing skills and attention to accuracy in documentation
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help people
