In this role, you’ll be building trust, resolving concerns, and guiding customers toward solutions that work for everyone. Whether you're arranging payments, answering questions, or navigating challenges, your communication skills and problem-solving mindset will be key to success.

• Proactively manage and monitor past-due accounts
• Investigate account details before initiating contact
• Communicate with customers to collect payments or negotiate plans
• Promote timely payments through clear, respectful outreach
• Handle inbound calls, process payments, and resolve inquiries
• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
• Maintain detailed, accurate notes on customer interactions
• Escalate complaints to the appropriate supervisor or manager
• Prepare and send account status letters promptly

• A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively
