Position Summary

If so, the National Support Specialist role may be the perfect fit for you! As an entry-level position, you'll receive training to navigate the fast-paced technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a National Support Specialist, you'll be the primary contact for clients and technicians regarding support tickets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordination and Communication:
  Act as a liaison between clients and technicians.
• Scheduling and Ticket Management:
  Ensure all support services are scheduled and closed promptly.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  Prioritize client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.
• Project Estimates:
  Provide estimates for small to medium-sized projects.
• Activity Management:
  Coordinate efforts among field technicians, on-site contacts, and clients.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• CRM Updates:
  Maintain accurate project status updates in CRM/project management software.

Required Qualifications

• Education:
  
  Associates degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Technical Knowledge:
  Familiarity with one or more of the following areas is a plus:
• Networking
• Access Control
• CCTV
• Low Voltage Cabling
• Wireless Networks
• AV Systems
• Intrusion Detection Systems
