Base Pay Range

$70,000.00/yr - $/yr

• Lead and contribute to master planning and detailed design projects
• Mentor and provide technical oversight for junior and mid-level staff
• Support business development through networking, proposals, interviews, and fee negotiations
• Prepare and review reports, cost estimates, renderings, plans, and specifications
• Guide projects through public approval processes, including design review and entitlements
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality, on-time work
• Participate in committees, special projects, and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• 5–8 years of professional experience in planning and design of communities, parks, streetscapes, or similar projects
• Current registration as a Landscape Architect (required)
• Strong presentation skills in both public and private settings
• Proficiency with industry software AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft Office
• Experience in land and site planning design (highly preferred)
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as project needs require
