New locums call only opening for Emergency Medicine provider in Hickory, NC
Open to NC or IMLC license in hand
Board Certified open to apply
24 hour call only, 7a-7a. No clinic.
Can get working fast with Emergency credentialing available
Must have active NC license.
Clean history to get through emergency privileges.
Documentation of Patient Contact Hours (included call back hours included in the rate and charged call back hours)
Physicians are required to provide supporting notes listed on their timesheet entries to verify Call Back hours (patient contact hours) mentioned above. and Overtime hours submitted and associated with the acceptable occurrences mentioned above.
Physicians must document in the timesheet the specific reason for the call back and they should have a description such that the note can be validated if an audit report
Telephone calls and medical record reviews should not be considered on site call back
Physician is not required to be on-site while providing Call Support (this means Market should not be charged for call back hours if a physician decides they want to stay in the hospital, but there is not the need for him/her to be there based on the criteria contained herein)
