Mills Auto Group is seeking high-performing Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to join our growing, family-owned dealership group. We offer a lucrative, performance-driven pay plan, F&I friendly sales processes, and a professional environment with continuous training.
The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for coordinating the sale of finance & insurance programs to customers, working closely with the sales team and financial institutions.
Responsibilities include:- Selling financing & insurance products and services
- Achieving goals for gross production of financial services/products
- Reviewing customer credit applications for completeness
- Utilizing menu selling process 100%
- Ensuring all documentation is complete for each deal
- Maintaining Customer Satisfaction scores at or above standards
- Communicating effectively with the sales team
- Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance
- Completing and submitting all financial documents
- Maintaining effective team communication
- Promoting outstanding CSI
- At least 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience including secondary financing
- Proven track record with positive customer satisfaction results
- Team-oriented with excellent relationships with financial institutions
- Valid driver’s license with a good record
- Successful completion of MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
